Shipping policy

We currently ship orders within India.

All Gehrooq products are made to order. Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be prepared before it is shipped.

After your order has been prepared, standard delivery generally takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location and the courier service.

The estimated total delivery time is therefore approximately 10–12 business days from the date your order is placed.

We currently offer free standard shipping within India.

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide tracking information when available. Delivery updates may also be sent by email.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, holidays, remote locations, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your order is significantly delayed or you have an issue with delivery, please contact us with your order number so we can assist you.
